Our frozen Flatbreads will soon be available!Summer is coming, the toppings are growing and we are getting ready.

Each of our organic hand crafted flatbread starts with the making of the actual flatbread made from our slow rise wild yeast dough!

Offering the choices of chewy Country White, sweet Sprouted Wheat, and 100% whole wheat!

From there we just keep on building.We craft our flatbreads at the peak of the harvest season throughout the summer and fall.No shipping in ingredients,we harvest, then go to work on creating some edible art!This is what makes our product unique,being able to get our ingredients straight from the earth to our ovens!From there we freeze and vacuum seal the flatbread.The premium preservation for sealing in the 'flavour of the Similkameen'.

For the tomatoe sauce there is a choice of Fresca, delicatly tossed tomatoes,olive oil,garlic,onions, and peppers,placed on the flatbread fresh before going into the oven,the high temperature infuses the flavour of the fresh ingredients into the flatbread.Or one can choose the slow roasted sauce,simmered in a crock in our wood fire oven in low heat for hours,creating a little taste of sauce heaven on a flatbread!Either way,you'll be wanting more.

Selecting the finest quality organic produce for our flatbreads is our passion.Featuring specialty heirloom variety tomatoes from Italy and around the world grown here, such as San Marzano,Roma,Sorento,Black Zebra,Brandywine,French Pear,Gold Cherry and more!

There are literally hundreds of varieties of peppers that grow here in the valley,we use sweet and hot, for the meek and the bold!Sweet delicious onions and shallots, and strong flavoured garlics like the local favourite Russian Red! The freshest heat loving herbs, Basil,Oregano,Rosemary,Summer Savory,Thyme.We even use the finest of artisan crafted cheese produced right here in the Okangan region and the neighbouring Boundry/Kootenay country.Small amounts that carry strong full flavours,feta,gouda,asiago,and cheddar! All organic!
